Disciple was formed 5 years ago with the simple aim of being different. Not different in a cliche’d way, but actually truly different. Delivering exceptional campaigns that exceed expectations is what drives our team. After all, it is results that actually matter.
Our team has over 25 years collective experience within recruitment and talent attraction. Put simply, we never promise something we can’t deliver. Our dedicated team come from a variety of backgrounds but have the ability to deliver campaigns that are truly unique.

Rosie comes from a Financial Services background focusing on Operations and Contract Law and has spent the last 3 years within recruitment marketing. Rosie is responsible for overseeing all internal processes, finance and business administration; essentially, she makes everything run like a well oiled machine! Outside of work, Rosie is an animal welfare advocate and tortoise mum.

Oliver has over 20 years experience working within recruitment marketing and talent attraction. With a career spanning multiple agencies and recruitment media , he is extremely passionate about providing the very best solutions for our clients along with providing very honest and open advice.
Outside of work, Oliver is a very talented amateur chef with a passion for motor racing.

Rosie comes from a Financial Services background which included providing support across diverse teams, including Operations and Contract Management. She has spent the last 3 years within recruitment marketing.

Stevie comes from a contractual law background within the financial services sector. She has been with Disciple for two and a half years in total, starting with disciple talent as a Resourcing Executive. She is now responsible for anything Account Management related; supporting clients with enquiries, liaising with them regarding campaigns and assisting with the day to day running of client accounts.
Work life aside, Stevie is a mother of one, that is interested in the beauty industry, enjoys cocktails on a beach, karaoke, and the occasional spin class.

Meet Shelly, our Chief Morale Officer extraordinaire! Despite his slow pace, he's always quick with a joke and a friendly shell-bump to lift spirits. Whether he's leading the race to the snack bar or offering sage advice on the importance of taking things slow, Shelly is the heart and soul of our team. With a shell as sturdy as his dedication to spreading joy, he reminds us all that sometimes the best path forward is one step at a time... or in his case, one slow crawl!
